"Actor Abhishek Bachchan has dismissed reports that he and his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will come together for the upcoming film `Happy Anniversary`. `Happy Anniversary` will be produced by Gaurang Doshi and directed by adman Prahlad Kakkar. The makers claimed that Abhishek and Aishwarya had signed a film that would mark Aishwarya Rai`s comeback post her pregnancy. However, Abhishek insists that nothing has been finalised as yet. ""Prahlad is a good and friend of Aishwarya....he knows her since long. And that`s how I know him. He met us and told us the basic idea, but we haven`t heard the full script.
